1. ABOUT BLOCKGATE
BlockGate is a Web3 infrastructure platform providing services including:
• Cryptocurrency purchase and swap interfaces
• Private and permissioned liquidity pool infrastructure
• Enterprise and DAO blockchain solutions
• Blockchain data investigation, analytics, and intelligence tools
• Cross-chain systems aggregation and monitoring
BlockGate does NOT act as a bank, broker, custodian, or financial advisor unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. ELIGIBILITY
You may use the Services only if:
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law
• You are not prohibited from using the Services under any applicable laws or sanctions regimes
• You comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations
Certain services may require additional eligibility checks, including KYC/KYB, wallet whitelisting, or compliance verification.

3. ACCOUNT ACCESS & WALLET USE
• BlockGate may require you to connect a third-party blockchain wallet
• You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and credentials
• BlockGate does not store private keys and cannot recover lost assets
You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible.

4. SERVICES PROVIDED
4.1 Crypto Purchase & Swap
BlockGate may integrate third-party providers to facilitate crypto purchases and swaps
• BlockGate does not control pricing, settlement times, or network fees imposed by third parties or blockchains

4.2 Private Liquidity Pools
Private liquidity pools may include:
• Whitelisting requirements
• Governance rules
• Restricted participation
Access may be revoked at any time in accordance with governance or compliance rules.

4.3 Enterprise & DAO Solutions
• Custom blockchain development, audits, and infrastructure services are provided under separate agreements unless otherwise stated.

4.4 Blockchain Intelligence & Investigation
Analytics and investigation tools are provided for informational and compliance purposes only
• They do NOT constitute legal or financial advice

5. NO FINANCIAL, LEGAL, OR INVESTMENT ADVICE
Nothing on BlockGate constitutes:
• Investment advice
• Legal advice
• Tax advice
• A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any digital asset
You are solely responsible for your decisions and should consult qualified professionals.

6. RISKS DISCLOSURE
You acknowledge and accept that:
• Cryptocurrencies are volatile and risky
• Smart contracts may contain vulnerabilities
• Blockchain networks may fail, fork, or experience congestion
• Regulatory changes may impact services or assets
You assume all risks associated with using the Services.

7. FEES
• Fees may apply to certain services, including swaps, liquidity operations, and enterprise services
• All applicable fees will be disclosed prior to execution where possible
Network (gas) fees are not controlled by BlockGate

8. COMPLIANCE & MONITORING
BlockGate reserves the right to:
• Monitor transactions for compliance, fraud prevention, and risk management
• Restrict, suspend, or terminate access where required by law or governance rules
• Cooperate with lawful requests from authorities

9. PROHIBITED USE
You agree not to use BlockGate to:
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Engage in fraud, money laundering, or illicit activity
• Exploit smart contracts or platform vulnerabilities
• Interfere with the platform's security or operations

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
• All content, branding, software, and systems associated with BlockGate are the intellectual property of BlockGate or its licensors
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Services without permission

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
BlockGate may link to or integrate third-party services
BlockGate is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or actions
• Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlockGate shall NOT be liable for:
• Loss of digital assets
• Network failures or smart contract bugs
• Market losses
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Use of the Services is at your own risk.

13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlockGate, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

14. TERMINATION
BlockGate may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for security, compliance, or legal reasons
